Helpful, informative, and not pushy. Once I booked and scheduled my move both Caleb and Jonathan provided excellent follow-up communications and confirmation with me prior to my move day. I could not have been more relaxed.On move day, Silvio and Dmitrii, arrived on time, ready to listen to any and all my concerns and ideas. I went into this with a plan, right down to the layout of my storage unit. Then I sought their opinion from experience.They were outstanding in professionalism, work ethic, communication with each other and kept the process smooth and time efficient.Since I needed my items to stay wrapped, I had pre-purchased many furniture blankets and already had several large quilted blankets. I also purchased plenty rolls of tape. They carefully wrapped each piece and topped off with plenty of shrink wrap to keep everything in place.
