UPDATE + add: today was my third experience in trusting my moving needs with Teleport Moving and Storage. Another AMAZING job with an AMAZING crew. Daqwon and Jonathan. Two outstanding men. Used the time wisely and had great consideration for my belongings.Update to initial review made last spring in 2023.This move was also beyond fantastic with an amazing team, Reagan and Daqwon, with Teleport Moving and Storage company.These gentlemen were efficient, cared about my belongings, and were insistent I be pleased with placement of furniture and boxes before they left. Truly a five star team.This was my first time using a professional moving company. I researched six (6) different high rated companies, comparing reviews, courtesy of my inquiry, and overall cost. Teleport Moving and Storage checked all the boxes and met every expectation and beyond. I was impressed with and appreciated the professionalism of Caleb right from the start. Helpful, informative, and not pushy. Once I booked and scheduled my move both Caleb and Jonathan provided excellent follow-up communications and confirmation with me prior to my move day. I could not have been more relaxed.On move day, Silvio and Dmitrii, arrived on time, ready to listen to any and all my concerns and ideas. I went into this with a plan, right down to the layout of my storage unit. Then I sought their opinion from experience.They were outstanding in professionalism, work ethic, communication with each other and kept the process smooth and time efficient.Since I needed my items to stay wrapped, I had pre-purchased many furniture blankets and already had several large quilted blankets. I also purchased plenty rolls of tape. They carefully wrapped each piece and topped off with plenty of shrink wrap to keep everything in place. There was no doubt that Silvio, the lead, is a pro at his profession.They will be my referral to others and who I book with in the future, both company and team.Thank you all!
