I've moved with them 3x's. The price is never what is quoted, I've been over charged the quoted price EACH TIME! Even when I've attempted to get the exact price, which you blow off bc the guys are so nice.Then, after spending $200 and hour they actually expect a tip. Very nice movers, but it depends on who you get as well. The 1st, 2 groups, were excellent. The last was extremely slow and I believe it was intentional due to the manager giving me the slowest group. When trying to ensure an EXACT price the representative was rude as if I were burdening him. When I requested a manager, then suddenly he calmed down, which apparently he was the manager and next up was the owner or so he said, which I never received he apologized and gave me a 20% discount, but I already had a coupon that was cheaper and of course he did not honor the inconvenience discount after inputting my discount. I'll NEVER use them again!I found another company Maid something with an EXACT price!So, I can't recommend them unless you want to add an additional $200-$400? to your quote! EACH time, 3 in total, it costs more than they quoted! I stayed with them bc of the guys and the service, but I ALSO appreciate honesty and transparency when dealing with a company and that they are not!

I cannot recommend Teleport Moving enough. I have moved a lot in the past few years and have multiple experiences with different moving companies. Teleport was far superior to any other company and exceeded my expectations. From arriving on time, to the care they took with my possessions, to disassembling and reassembling furniture, Teleport’s attention to detail and customer service is top notch. The crew, Chris, Marc, Bernard, and Dan were kind, careful, and efficient. I am so grateful to them for taking such care in moving my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. I had a baby grand piano moved. I was very concerned, because the piano was very heavy, and very delicate. The moving crew did an absolutely excellent job, and I was amazed at how easily they were able to move this expensive piece without any damage whatsoever. Thank you, teleport! Nikolai, Lance and Jamaica, did a fantastic moving my things from one house to another. They showed up on time and were very quick workers. They organized everything in their truck perfectly and were able to easily get everything I needed loaded. I highly recommend them!

Moving is always overwhelming for everybody, yet this company and their crew took so much off my plate, it felt incredible. From the moment I called, they were professionals. As we spoke I kept asking questions and he didn’t mind answering them all to ensure my peace of mind and ensure I was making the right decision. Days before the move, they called me to check on everything, on me, and go over everything and I am glad they did! We were able to reschedule something and go over things I had forgotten to mention. The day of the move I received a call that they were on their way, then text messages keeping me informed “crew will arrive in 25 minutes,” “crew has arrived” and so on. Now, the crew were more than excellent. I wish I could remember their name :(. They were careful with everything. They make sure they weren’t forgetting something (this I truly appreciated it). Then when we went to the next place they took down everything with care, as if it was theirs. They were professionals from the beginning all the way to the end. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Jared was very professional and kind. We ended up getting a small dent on our fridge and Jared who was the team lead owned up to it and was very professional about the matter. Lance, Jared and Dernard were all very incredibly fast and efficient while caring for our items with the most respect. I’m overall very happy with the move and price and recommend this company to anyone looking to move. I was weary of hiring movers for the first time but after this experience I can say this is one company I would trust with my belongings.
